You may initiate a return request within 60 calendar days upon delivery of your order.

To qualify for return, items must remain unopened, unused and kept in original packaging with intact labels and accessories. Opened beauty and hair‑color products cannot be accepted for return. Clearance items, gift cards and custom‑made goods are non‑refundable.

Once returned goods are received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5‑10 business days for funds to reflect back to your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing speed.

Original shipping costs are covered by our free‑shipping program; return‑related shipping expense shall be borne by the customer unless the return results from our error, defective or wrong‑item delivery.
